Community Guidelines
Crosshair Pro is more than a crosshair studio — it’s a community where players share setups, chat, find teammates, and connect. These Community Guidelines apply whenever you use any community feature: the Discover feed, your profile and username, global chat and direct messages, looking-for-group (LFG) posts, comments, and likes/follows. They are part of our Terms of Service. By participating, you agree to follow them.
1. Be Respectful
Treat other players the way you’d want to be treated in a good team. Do:
- keep chat, comments, and LFG posts friendly and on-topic;
- give constructive feedback on crosshairs and setups;
- respect that people play at different skill levels and from different backgrounds.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
Do not post, send, or share content that:
- Harasses or bullies — targeted insults, threats, stalking, or encouraging others to harass someone;
- Is hateful — attacks or slurs based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- Is sexual or NSFW — sexually explicit material, nudity, or any sexual content involving minors (which we report to the authorities);
- Is violent or dangerous — threats of violence, glorification of self-harm, or promotion of dangerous acts;
- Is spam or a scam — unsolicited advertising, phishing, account selling, referral farming, or repetitive/bulk posting;
- Promotes cheating — hacks, cheats, aimbots, wallhacks, exploits, boosting services, or anything that violates a game’s terms of service;
- Impersonates — pretending to be another person, a pro player, a brand, or Crosshair Pro staff;
- Reveals private information — doxxing or sharing someone’s personal information without consent;
- Is illegal or infringing — anything unlawful, or content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or other rights.
3. Usernames and Profiles
Your username and profile are public. Don’t use names or profile content that are offensive, impersonate others, or violate Section 2. We may reclaim or reset usernames that break these rules.
4. Chat and Direct Messages
Global chat and direct messages are covered by these Guidelines. Don’t use them to harass, spam, or send prohibited content. If someone makes you uncomfortable, block them — they won’t be able to message you, and you won’t see their content.
5. Reporting and Blocking
The app gives you tools to keep your experience safe:
- Report any crosshair, message, comment, profile, or LFG post that breaks these Guidelines. Reports are reviewed and acted on.
- Block any user to hide their content and stop them from contacting you.
We aim to review reports of objectionable content and remove it — and eject the users who posted it — promptly, typically within 24 hours.
6. Enforcement
Depending on the severity and history of a violation, we may remove content, issue a warning, temporarily restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban an account. We may act with or without notice. Serious violations (such as content that sexualizes minors, credible threats, or illegal activity) result in an immediate ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
7. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the community features, consistent with our Terms of Service.
8. Contact and Appeals
If you believe we made a mistake, or you want to report something you can’t report in-app, contact us at [email protected]. Please include enough detail (usernames, what happened, and when) so we can look into it.
